it is terrible but a perpetual and almost universal reality in the areas inhibited by marginalized people of india. i am ashamed as an indian and a teacher. ashok agarwal and his team must be congratulated for exposing it. how to change it is a big challenge. we should join hands to undo this terrible scenario.
